The WatchDog 1400 Micro Station receives environmental data from up to four external sensors.

Micro Stations are the cost-effective choice for recording environmental conditions. With a huge range of interchangeable sensors available to monitor air/soil temperature, humidity, soil moisture, UV, rainfall and much more; WatchDog 1000 Series Micro Stations deliver vital information for timely, accurate decisions.

Note: the 1400 Micro Station does not contain any internal sensors. If you require built-in temperature and/or humidity sensors, please see our other 1000 Series Micro Station options.

Software	Requires SpecWare 9 Basic or Pro (v9.2 or later) software. Download the accumulated data at your convenience. SpecWare will present the data in graphical and tabular form. Use the software to calculate growing degree days and chill hours, and/or view daily, monthly, and yearly reports. Optional disease models can assist you with Integrated Pest Management decisions. The Pro version is required for disease models and custom reporting.
Installation	We offer a water-resistant Sliding Enclosure and a Waterproof Enclosure to protect your micro station from the elements. For outdoor and greenhouse use, the WatchDog station must be placed in a Radiation Shield to protect it from solar radiation and other sources of reflected heat. The radiation shield also protects the station from rain. These can be selected from the 'Other Accessories' above.
