  1. EnviroMonitors at BTME 2013 Review

    Known to be Europe’s leading event for turf professionals EnviroMonitors exhibited for the third year at BIGGA Turf Management Exhibition held between 22 & 24th January 2013. They were delighted to talk with many new and existing customers alike about how their Measurement Tools and Weather Monitoring equipment can bring savings. As always there was a great buzz about the show and this year EnviroMonitors found a higher number of visitors were aware of how much benefit monitoring tools can provide to their club.

  2. Soil & Water Live 2012

    EnviroMonitors attended this years Soil & Water Live 2012 which is a new event organised by the Royal Agricultural Society of England (RASE). The event was held at Stoneleigh Park in Warkwickshire on Tuesday 13th November 2012. The conference was held to help farmers in meeting the challenges of farming in today's changing climate. Workshops were held on a variety of topics from boosting productivity to water storage options with speakers from organisations such as East Malling Research and NIAB, farmers, and commercial enterprises Farm Services Ltd, Waitrose and PepsiCo.

    EnviroMonitors exhibited their handheld agronomy tools and MeteoVue GPRS solution for gaining remote weather data.   3. GroSouth Horticultural Exhibition 2012

    EnviroMonitors exhibited at GroSouth Horticultural Exhibition for the first time this year. The show, which is the premier exhibition in the South of England for the horticultural industry was held at the Roundstone Nursery main production and despatch site. The site covers over 22 acres and is situated in the centre of a thriving horticultural industry near Chichester in West Sussex.

    The GroSouth Show attracts exhibitors from all categories of horticulture from retail to training, crop protection to irrigation and everything in between, so we felt it was a good show to attend.

    Throughout the day EnviroMonitors enjoyed meeting and being introduced to new growers and researchers as well as fellow exhibitors.

  4. EnviroMonitors at British Leafy Salads Conference 2012

    On Wednesday 14th November 2012 EnviroMonitors exhibited at the sixth British Leafy Salads Association Conference at KingsGate Conference Centre, Peterborough. This is a bi-annual conference for the leafy industry. ADAS UK Ltd, Warwick Crop Centre, IGD who carry out economic insights, and Rijk Zwaan were amongst the speakers covering a range of topics such as leafy salads in the global market, impacts of economic and social change on the food business, and managing nitrate in leafy’s.

  5. EnviroMonitors at Potatoes In Practice 2012

    EnviroMonitors exhibited at Potatoes In Practice 2012 for the first time this year. The show is unique because it is the biggest field based potato event in the UK.The show took place at Balruddery Farm just outside of Dundee, and the weather stayed dry and sunny throughout the day which made the crop tours very popular.

  6. Fruit Focus 2012 Review

    The weather was great for Fruit Focus 2012. The lovely summer weather brought visitors out early to visit our stand and see our products. This year we launched the new Spectrum Technologies WatchDog Cellular Alert system which generated several enquiries from vineyard owners, both new start up vineyards along with those with already established vines.

    As always we had a lot of interest in both the Davis and Spectrum weather stations, as well as our own MeteoVue Solution. Popular hand held instruments were pH meters, in particular the IQ150 pH meter and soil moisture meters.

  7. Cereals 2012

    EnviroMonitors were at Cereals 2012 on Stand D538.  Cereals 2012 was held on Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th June at Boothby Graffoe, Lincolnshire, which was a good location in 2011.  The show is the leading technical event for the arable industry.   8. HPA Grounds Seminar April 2012 - Wiltshire

    On Thursday 19th April 2012 EnviroMonitors travelled to Lynt Polo Club in Wiltshire to a Grounds Seminar organised by Tim Lodge of Agrostis on behalf of the Hurlingham Polo Association.

    The day was a great success with 13 groundsmen in attendance from 9 different clubs. EnviroMonitors were invited to speak about the technical products available to evaluate polo ground characteristics.   9. Precision Farming 2012 - Show Review

    EnviroMonitors enjoyed an extremelly busy Precision Farming show on 7th March 2012 at the East of England Showground, Peterborough.  2012 was our third year exhibiting at the show and as always we found visitors to be keen in embracing technology to assist their planning and progression of business.

    There was a real 'buzz' among the stands and seminars at the Precision Farming Event 2012, which saw a record number of visitors looking to discover more about equipment and services to improve accuracy to help cut costs, increase efficiency and boost profit.

  10. Harrogate Week / BTME 2012

    The BIGGA Turf Management Exhibition is widely regarded as Europe's leading showcase for turf and groundscare professionals and buyers. After a successful show in 2011, EnviroMonitors were pleased have increased visitors to their stand alongwith a deeper understanding of their products during Harrogate Week, 24-26 January, 2012.

    BTME 2012 saw a huge increase in visitors this year with 8386 people in attendance, this is a 49.6% increase on the 2011 show. The amazing number represents an increase in numbers of visitors from all over the UK and Continental Europe.[1].
